  For different phases, the heaviest phase (residue and water) is moved to the outer periphery of the separation tank, while the light phase, which is treated clean oil, is continuously discharged from the center. What should you do if the hydraulic oil is contaminated?

• Perhaps you can extend the lifespan of the oil by replacing it with new oil or filtering it. However, the effectiveness of the filter can only filter particulate matter, and water cannot be filtered. It can only be filtered through vacuum or aggregate filtration, but it can also lead to low efficiency, slow filtration speed, increased filter element cost, and disposal of replaced filter elements, all of which will affect the cost input of the user.
