  • The so-called centrifugal filtration technology is a technology that uses a centrifuge to directly purify the oil in the hydraulic oil tank. The purification of the oil is carried out in a fixed separation tank, and the oil supply pump transports the oil and pollutants together into the separation tank. The centrifugal force generated by the separator separates them

    For different phases, the heaviest phase (residue and water) is moved to the outer periphery of the separation tank, while the light phase, which is treated clean oil, is continuously discharged from the center. Whether in normal or emergency situations, the Alfa Laval centrifuge has high solid and effluent efficiency, and does not require pre filtration or filter cartridges, which is beneficial for environmental protection.

    Lubricating oil is a liquid lubricant used in various types of machinery to reduce friction, protect machinery and processed parts, mainly for lubrication, cooling, buffering and other functions. What should you do if the hydraulic oil is contaminated?

  • Perhaps you can extend the lifespan of the oil by replacing it with new oil or filtering it. However, the effectiveness of the filter can only filter particulate matter, and water cannot be filtered. It can only be filtered through vacuum or aggregate filtration, but it can also lead to low efficiency, slow filtration speed, increased filter element cost, and disposal of replaced filter elements, all of which will affect the cost input of the user.
